1) Who can buy

By purchasing, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parent/guardian permission to make the purchase.

2) Orders & availability

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and our policies below. We may limit quantities or refuse/cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors).

3) Pricing, taxes & international shipping

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
International shipping: Prices do not include any duties, VAT/GST, customs, brokerage, or import fees charged by your country. These charges (if any) are your responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or customs prior to delivery. We cannot estimate, control, or refund these fees, and customs-related delays do not qualify for refunds under our All Sales Final policy.

4) Payment

You authorize Habit Shop and its payment processor to charge the full order total (including tax and shipping) to your selected payment method.

5) Shipping & risk of loss

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon carrier pickup/delivery scan. Provide accurate shipping information to avoid delays.

6) Returns & refunds (All Sales Final)

All sales are final. Due to the sanitary nature of beauty products and the nature of consumable/ingestible items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@habitshop.com with your order number and clear photos so we can assist with a suitable resolution.

7) Product information, safety & ingestibles

Products are cosmetic and/or consumable and for intended use only. Follow label directions and review ingredient lists for allergies/sensitivities. For ingestible products, consult your physician if you are pregnant/nursing, have a medical condition, or take medications. Discontinue use and seek professional advice if irritation or adverse reactions occur. Information provided is not medical advice.

8) User accounts & conduct (if applicable)

Keep your login secure and update information promptly. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Do not misuse the site (e.g., interfere, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access).

9) Reviews & content you submit

By posting reviews or other content, you grant Habit Shop a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes. Keep content truthful, lawful, and non-infringing.

10) Intellectual property

All site content (logos, text, images, designs) is owned by or licensed to Habit Shop and protected by law. You may not copy or use it without permission.

11) Third-party services

We may link to third parties (e.g., payment, shipping). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions—review their terms and privacy policies separately.

12) Warranty disclaimer

Products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Habit Shop disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

13) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Habit Shop and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.

14) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Habit Shop harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

15) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, AZ.
