Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • During launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take longer.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Options and rates are shown at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier availability.

  • You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships.

Shipping Locations

  • We ship within the United States and to select international destinations.

International Orders

  • Prices at checkout do not include duties, VAT/GST, customs, brokerage, or import fees. These charges (if any) are your responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or customs.

  • Customs inspections may cause delays; these are outside our control and not eligible for refunds.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We’re unable to reroute packages once shipped. If an order is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we can reship to a corrected address; additional postage may apply.

Delivery Issues (Lost, Stolen, or Delayed)

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package:

    1. Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)

    2. Check with neighbors/around the property

    3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number

  • We’ll assist with carrier claims, but Habit Shop isn’t responsible for packages after a carrier marks them delivered or for carrier/customs delays.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@habitshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll help with a suitable resolution.

Split Shipments

  • To get items to you faster, we may ship an order in multiple packages at no extra cost. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Preorders/Backorders (if shown)

  • Items marked as preorder/backorder will ship once available. If your cart contains both in-stock and preorder items, we may ship separately when possible.

Holidays & Weather

  • Severe weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions may impact transit times. We’ll keep you informed when possible, but these delays are outside our control.

All Sales Final

  • Please note: All sales are final (see our Terms of Service). Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
