Refund policy

All sales are final. For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on beauty products. This includes opened and unopened items. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos; we will review and provide a suitable resolution. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
